FAQ

How do I register at a casino?

Just visit the website of the casino you want to open an account with. You’ll find the option to register on the home page and you’ll just have to supply a few basic details about yourself in order to open an account. Once registered you’ll need to link a deposit method to your account so you can transfer funds to play with.

How old must I be to play?

It depends on your country of residence. In the UK it’s 18 years old. The U.S has different age restrictions from state to state but it’s generally 18 or 21. If you’re unsure you’re acting within the law it’s best to check the legal gambling age in your state or native country before joining an online casino.

    Can I get a bonus?

Casinos love to give our players bonuses! Almost in every casino you can find welcome bonus for new players.

How do I know if a casino is safe?

It’s most certainly not always that easy to tell whether an online casino is safe or not, but there are signs to look out for. In general: if the online casino uses Microgaming or Cryptologic software, you can be pretty sure that the software vendor is strict about who they give their licenses to. If you go with a Playtech or IGT casino, then usually you’re also in safe hands. Other vendors could be a bit of a hit and miss. Keep in mind that both good and bad exists out there!
A number of online casinos display various seals of legitimacy from independent regulators, along with audited payout certifications. Whist none of these guarantee safety, seals from eCOGRA and auditing by PriceWaterhouseCoopers are generally signs that the casino is at least working with people that have the right intentions.

    Are there withdrawal limits?

Yes. You’ll encounter set withdrawal limits at every casino online in 2018. These can be daily, weekly, or monthly in nature but they will restrict the amount of cash you can withdraw from your bankroll in one hit. Some casinos will offer exclusive withdrawal limits to higher rolling players to allow them to withdraw more cash than a standard occasional player.

Do I Have To Play For Real Money?

Most online casinos let you play for “play” or fake money.
However, keep in mind that at most casinos, you’ll still need to create an account. The only exceptions we know of are Bovada (US) and Bodog (CA). You can play (most of) their games without creating an account.
